Alpha Media Journey
Our first project was Ads-Sage, which was based out of my house
Then we launched a company called “The Second Elements”
which gradually turned into “WethinkBOLD Media”
then we slowly found “Glee & Glint Media“
The project was a success and was able to attract more and more clients in a short period. Motivated to go further and scale up, the founded conceived the idea of to start Alpha Media

Sourabh DR is a full-time marketer, traveler, and entrepreneur. He is very passionate about automation and marketing and uses his skills to help brands accelerate their growth.
He started his career in 2019 when he attended an online workshop organized by The Climber, also known as My Capitan, which IIMB and NSCRCEL incubated on Digital Marketing. He was in college when he attended this workshop and had yet to learn what digital marketing was before the workshop.
After attending the workshop, he finally decided that he wanted to follow a path where he could help businesses make more money by providing digital marketing services. So, to learn more about digital marketing, he interned at Sarcon Tech in Bangalore. After some time, he started a company called FittFfox, which was a men’s fitness company, but it failed. Later, He Started Second Elements – A marketing Media company with Hustle & Heart. It is a one-stop creative solution for all your advertising and Online and Offline Marketing needs. After 1.3 Years, we are serving 30+ Clients and have served Indian clients as well as International clients later, after 1.3 years working in second elements, I exited the company, and later on, I exited another company called Wethinkbold Media, which was a Creative Marketing Company. & worked with almost 80+ clients both Indian & International clients. later, I Exited another company called Glee and Glint, a Gifting Brand Where people can buy our products and create lifetime memories. I worked there for almost 1.5 years. My Career is on a roller coaster, but I gained much experience. An MBA Doesn’t Give, and This is My Small Past Story.
And After that, I ran a company called Glee and Glint Media, an established creative marketing agency offering services in online marketing, brand designing, marketing research & strategy app building, & specializing in paid marketing. I also run another company called Zikhin Jewels, a Premium 925 Jewellery Brand.
Presently, I am Running a Company Called Alpha Media, Where We Help Freelancers, Agency Owners, Coaches, and Business Consultants, and We Help them to scale 360 Degrees in their business to Scale their Vision in an accurate & successful way. I run an NGO Called Hansadwani Foundation, Where we help poor children pay their fees and care for them.
